Over the course of a year, LCCP members worked hard to pull together over 300 data metrics that tell a story of the health of Laramie County. We grouped these data into 5 categories:

From the needs assessment, came the Community Health Improvement Plan. The improvement plan outlines LCCP's plan to improve the overall health of Laramie County. The improvement plan focuses on three priority areas:
